"Little Sister"

"Little Sister" was derived from how my youngest granddaughter both protects her older sister when she is bullied and lets the older sister protect her. 

 With the goal of vastly improving the durability of wood, I sealed 4" x 4" lumber with a ridged membrane exoshell that is several times stronger than fiberglass. 

This bronze and patina sculpture is 36" tall.
